Referral Process

We work cohesively with Regional Center Service Coordinators to expedite approvals. Our dedicated intake team ensures a frictionless transition of records and needs assessments.

Referral Packet Submission

The Service Coordinator sends the clinical packet, including IPP/CDER reports.

Packet Review

Joyful Pathways Clinical Directors evaluate the packet within 48-72 hours to ensure our model correctly meets the incoming candidate's needs.

Meet & Greet Assessment

A virtual or in-person meeting is held to finalize program suitability and identify transit needs (via ValleyCare Transit).

Acceptance & Onboarding

Formal acceptance is provided, transition schedules are set, and day-one orientation is mapped out.
